Working principle:
A single effect falling film evaporator is composed of a heater, separator, condenser, crystallizer, material conveying pump, operating platform, and control console. The basic development of the material starts from the top of the heater, and the material entering the top cannot follow the liquid distributor in various pipelines, presenting a membrane like downward rapid flow and heating vaporization inside the pipes. The vaporized steam and liquid are led out at the lower end of the heating pipe together, and after gas-liquid separation, a concentrated liquid is obtained.The material heating time of a single effect falling film evaporator is very short, but the heat transfer coefficient is high. The solution evaporator will evaporate for about 5-10 seconds to produce, making it more suitable for heat sensitive materials. It can also handle solutions with high viscosity, but cannot handle easily crystalline materials, which can cause pipeline blockage and accidents.
